Low Fat, Sort of Low Sugar Caramel Apple Crisp

  1. Thaw apples.
  2. In medium glass bowl, combine apple juice and caramel topping.
  3. Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 2 minutes, stirring twice during cooking.
  4. Add apples and lemon juice, stirring until coated; set aside.
  5. In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar,margarine and cinnamon.
  6. Sprinkle over apple mixture.
  7. Microwave, uncovered on HIGH for 7 minutes or until heated through.
  8. Sprinkle apple mixture with additional cinnamon.
  9. Chill for 1 hour.
  10. Top with Low Fat Cool Whip just before serving.
