Curried Shrimp Potato Puffs #5FIX

  1. Puree mango chutney; set aside.
  2. Roughly chop shrimp and combine with egg, potato and egg.
  3. Bake or fry teaspoon-sized portions until golden brown.
  4. Serve with mango chutney for dipping.
