Cream Potatoes and Hamburger
- 1 12 lbs hamburger, browned and drained
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 bouillon cube
- 2 34 cups milk
- salt and pepper
- Brown and drain Ground beef.
- Layer potatoes, onions and hamburger until all is used, sprinkling each layer very lightly with salt and pepper.
- bouillon, flour, butter and milk together and pour over top.
- Cook 3 to 4 hours on high.
