Chicken Mexicano Recipe
- 1 lg. fryer, cooked and boned
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1 green pepper, minced
- 2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 can cream of chicken soupcan cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 pkg. nacho flavored Dorito chips
- 2 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
- Bone chicken, cooked.
- Mix onion, pepper, chili pwdr, soup and tomatoes.
- Put layer of chips in 9 x 13 inch pan, layer chicken then layer soup mix and cheese.
- Repeat the layer with cheese on top.
- Bake 35 min at 350 degrees.
