Black-and-White Molten Chocolate Cakes

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Microwave bittersweet chocolate and butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  3. ; whisk until melted.
  4. Stir in sugar, flour, whole eggs and yolks.
  5. Pour into six greased 6-oz.
  6. custard cups on baking sheet.
  7. Press 1 white chocolate chunk into batter in each cup.
  8. Bake 15 min.
  9. or until cakes are firm around edges but still soft in centers.
  10. Let stand 1 min.
  11. Run knife around edges to loosen.
  12. Invert onto plate; cut in half.
  13. Serve warm.
