Italian Sausage Soup

  1. Brown and drain Italian sausage.
  2. To soup pot add browned meat, broth, potatoes, carrots, garlic, onion salt, cilantro, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
  3. Simmer over medium heat until vegetables are almost tender.
  4. Add pasta and continue cooking until pasta is done (about 10 minutes).
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add kidney beans and their liquid, butter, and milk.
  7. Stir until melted and heated through.
  8. Serve with warmed Italian bread.
