Raisin-Orange Sauce
- 12 cup orange juice
- 1 cup rose wine
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 18 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 18 cup parsley, chopped
- Place the orange juice, wine, shallots, and raisins in a small sauce pan.
- Bring the sauce to a boil, and allow to cook until reduced by almost half, for about 30 minutes.
- Remove from heat, and whisk in the butter and parsley.
