Nutty Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Heat 1/4 cup/50 ml water in a large pan.
  2. Add the butter and chocolate milk powder and bring to a boil.
  3. Add all the remaining ingredients except the sugar and mix well.
  4. Shape the mixture into balls (about 12), flatten them onto a tray and sprinkle with sugar.
  5. Pack in airtight bags and store in a cool, dark place.
  6. They will keep for about a week.
  7. If you want to keep them longer, they will need to be refrigerated.
