Cheesy Adobo Salsa Chicken & Rice Casserole
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.), cut into strips
- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- 1/2 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 1/4 lb. (4 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 2 cups water
- 2 tsp. adobo sauce
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Spray large skillet with cooking spray.
- Add chicken; cook and stir 4 to 5 min.
- on medium heat or until lightly browned.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Spoon into a 2-qt.
- casserole sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 20 min.
- or until chicken is done and rice is tender.
- Stir before serving.
