Healthier Whole Wheat, Low Sugar/Fat Monkey Bread

  1. Mix the first 7 ingredients together and knead about 8 times on a floured surface.
  2. Roll dough into 2 strips.
  3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. The next morning preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  5. Mix cinnamon and sugar together.
  6. In a separate bowl cut dough into small 2/2in pieces.
  7. Pour cinnamon sugar on top of dough and mix.
  8. Mix carmel and vanilla in separate bowl.
  9. Pour on top of cinnamon sugar biscuit pieces.
  10. Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake 40-45 minutes.
  11. Cool 10 minutes before eating.
