Enoki Mushrooms and Natto with Umeboshi

  1. Slice the mushrooms into 1.5 cm lengths and boil.
  2. Remove the seed from the umeboshi.
  3. Chop the fruit of the umeboshi.
  4. Mix all the ingredients together.
