Easy Japanese-Style Mentaiko Pasta - Try It For Lunch!

  1. Cook the pasta following the package instructions, or cook them al dente.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, mix the ingredients marked in a bowl.
  3. Take the membrane off the mentaiko first.
  4. Drain the cooked pasta and quickly mix in the sauce from Step 2.
  5. Transfer to serving plates, sprinkle with nori seaweed and shiso leaves, and it's done!
