Easy Japanese-Style Mentaiko Pasta - Try It For Lunch!
- 200 grams Pasta
- 60 to 80 grams Mentaiko (or tarako)
- 10 to 15 grams Butter
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 lemon Lemon juice
- 4 shakes Umami seasoning
- 1 Nori seaweed and shiso leaves
- Cook the pasta following the package instructions, or cook them al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, mix the ingredients marked in a bowl.
- Take the membrane off the mentaiko first.
- Drain the cooked pasta and quickly mix in the sauce from Step 2.
- Transfer to serving plates, sprinkle with nori seaweed and shiso leaves, and it's done!
