Arlene's Ham Balls
- 1 12-2 lbs ground pork (I prefer premixed ham loaf from the butcher) or 1 12-2 lbs ham (I prefer premixed ham loaf from the butcher)
- 1 12-2 cups breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 34 cup milk
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 12 teaspoon dry mustard
- 13 cup vinegar
- 12 cup water
- Loaf: Mix all ingredients and shape into 12 balls.
- Place in a 9 x 13" pan.
- Glaze: Combine all ingredients and pour over ham balls.
- Bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
