Pasta with Octopus and Anchovy Pasta Sauce
- 1 arm Octopus for sashimi
- 1/8 Onion
- 200 grams Spaghetti
- 2 servings worth Anchovy and Olive Oil pasta sauce
- 1 Fresh parsley
- 1 Red chili pepper
- Slice the onion and soak in water.
- Chop the octopus into bite-sizes, and soak into the pasta sauce.
- Cook the spaghetti according to the cooking procedures on the package.
- Add the sliced onions 30 seconds before the pasta is done cooking, and let is cook briefly.
- Mix in the octopus with the pasta sauce into the spaghetti.
- Dish it up, top with parsley and chili pepper, and serve.
