Pulled Chicken Tostada with Barbecue Ranch Slaw

  1. Barbecue Ranch Coleslaw: Combine ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Pulled Chicken: Combine ingredients.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  5. For each serving: Place 1 tostada shell on serving plate.
  6. Heat 1/2 cup (125 mL) Pulled Chicken in saucepan on medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
  7. Spoon into tostada shell.
  8. Top with 1/3 cup (75 mL) Barbecue Ranch Slaw and 1 Tbsp.
  9. (15 mL) each red peppers, yellow peppers and cheese.
  10. Garnish with cilantro sprig.
