Boursin Pasta Recipe

  1. Cook spaghetti or possibly fettuccine and as soon as it is cooked and liquid removed, dot the cheese on top of the pasta.
  2. Save a c. of the pasta water.
  3. Sprinkle on the herbs and toss well till the cheese has melted and caoted all the pasta.
  4. thin if necessary with some of the pasta water.
  5. Serve immediately.
