Boursin Pasta Recipe
- 2 x boursin cheese, 5-ounce pkgs.
- 6 Tbsp. chives, finely minced
- 6 Tbsp. parsley, finely minced
- Cook spaghetti or possibly fettuccine and as soon as it is cooked and liquid removed, dot the cheese on top of the pasta.
- Save a c. of the pasta water.
- Sprinkle on the herbs and toss well till the cheese has melted and caoted all the pasta.
- thin if necessary with some of the pasta water.
- Serve immediately.
