Irmgards 3 Cs Super Soup 119 cals bowl at 437 ml bowl

  1. Add vegetables to a pan or slow cooker.
  2. I used an 8 in 1 and set at 140A
  3. Pour on water, crumble stock cube & add spices.
  4. Stir, lid and cook on medium for about 30+ minutes until veg is soft.
  5. When veg is soft use a stick blender being careful & blend until smooth.
  6. Add coconut milk & blend in.
  7. Divide into dishes or put into containers, cool, lid and keep in the fridge for 4-5 days.
  8. Enjoy '
