Cool & Creamy Crab Dip
- 1 tub (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
- 1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1-1/4 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup chopped drained marinated artichoke hearts
- 1 can (6 oz.) crabmeat, drained, flaked
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tsp. lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 48 sugar snap peas (about 1-1/2 cups), trimmed
- thin woven wheat crackers
- Mix cream cheese and sour cream in medium bowl until blended.
- Stir in next 5 ingredients.
- Serve with peas and crackers.
