Carnitas

  1. Heat tortillas as package indicates.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine steak, Worcestershire, hot pepper sauce and garlic.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Heat a non stick dutch oven on medium high till hot.
  5. Add the meat mixture and cook and stir for 3 to 4 minutes until browned.
  6. Add potatoes and onions.
  7. Cook for 1 minute.
  8. Reduce heat; and simmer for about 12 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  9. Spoon mixture evenly down the center of each warm tortilla.
  10. Sprinkle with cheese: roll up.
  11. Serve with salsa.
