Cheesecake
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla, separated
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1 1/4 lb. cream cheese or 2 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg., softened
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 pkg. zwieback
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- Cream together eggs and 1 1/2 cups sugar.
- Then add softened cream cheese and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
- Beat 20 minutes at medium speed in Mixmaster.
- This is important.
- While beating, roll 1/2 package zwieback into crumbs.
- Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- Butter bottom and sides of 9-inch spring-form pan and dust lightly with crumbs.
- Add 1/4 cup margarine to the remaining crumb mixture and moisten.
- Press into bottom only to about 1/4-inch thickness. Pour cream cheese mixture into pan and bake 35 minutes, without looking!!!
- This is also very important.
- Bake in 350u0b0 oven.
