Cheesecake

  1. Cream together eggs and 1 1/2 cups sugar.
  2. Then add softened cream cheese and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
  3. Beat 20 minutes at medium speed in Mixmaster.
  4. This is important.
  5. While beating, roll 1/2 package zwieback into crumbs.
  6. Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
  7. Butter bottom and sides of 9-inch spring-form pan and dust lightly with crumbs.
  8. Add 1/4 cup margarine to the remaining crumb mixture and moisten.
  9. Press into bottom only to about 1/4-inch thickness. Pour cream cheese mixture into pan and bake 35 minutes, without looking!!!
  10. This is also very important.
  11. Bake in 350u0b0 oven.
