Cilantro Lime Chicken

  1. Pound out your chicken breasts to about 1/2 thickness.
  2. Combine lime juice, cilantro, garlic, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl and give it a quick mix.
  3. Pour your marinade into a zip-top bag, add the chicken, seal the bag and pop it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
  4. After your marination period, preheat your grill to medium high heat.
  5. Lay chicken on the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes on each side until its no longer pink and fully cooked through.
  6. Get your rice, beans and tortillas and feast my friends!
