Chicken and Bacon Meatballs
- 2 lb. lean ground chicken
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Fully Cooked Thick Cut Bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Cover rimmed baking sheet with foil; spray with cooking spray.
- Mix ingredients just until blended; shape into 56 (1-inch) meatballs.
- Place on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake 15 to 20 min.
- or until done (165 degrees F).
