Beef Tips & Noodles Recipe
- 2 lbs. stew meat (very lean)
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3/4 c. minced onion
- 3/4 c. minced bell pepper
- 2 or possibly 3 carrots, cut into 1/2" slices
- Water
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 sm. can tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- A few dashes Tabasco
- Noodles
- Brown stew meat lightly on all sides.
- Put meat in pot and only add in sufficient water to barely cover.
- Add in tomato sauce, spices and all vegetables.
- Let come to a boil.
- Cover pot and simmer till meat is very tender.
- Cook noodles and serve beef tips over them.
