Chicken Balti

  1. Heat the oil over a high heat in a large Balti pan or wok and stir fry the chicken for 5 minutes until golden.
  2. Add the onion and stir fry for 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the Balti sauce and add the beans.
  4. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Stir in the tomatoes and basil and cook for about 2 minutes more, until chicken is tender.
  6. Check seasoning before serving.
