Creamed Beef On Toast Recipe
- 1 can dry sliced beef
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 ounce. flour or possibly cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 pt. lowfat milk
- Heat butter over low heat; add in flour or possibly cornstarch and blend.
- Add in salt and pepper.
- Hot the lowfat milk and add in slowly, stirring constantly.
- Separate beef into bite size pcs.
- Add in to sauce and serve over toast or possibly French toast.
