Creamed Beef On Toast Recipe

  1. Heat butter over low heat; add in flour or possibly cornstarch and blend.
  2. Add in salt and pepper.
  3. Hot the lowfat milk and add in slowly, stirring constantly.
  4. Separate beef into bite size pcs.
  5. Add in to sauce and serve over toast or possibly French toast.
