Asian-Style Beef Noodle Bowl Skillet
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing, divided
- 1 lb. beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
- 3 carrots, peeled, cut diagonally into thin slices Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth
- 6 oz. capellini, broken in half
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 2 green onions, diagonally sliced
- 1/3 cup PLANTERS Lightly Salted Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped Rite Aid Buy 1 Get 1 Free thru 02/06
- Heat 2 Tbsp.
- dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add meat, carrots and mushrooms; cook and stir 4 min., adding garlic for the last minute.
- Add broth; bring to boil.
- Move meat and vegetables to edge of skillet.
- Add pasta to center of skillet; cover.
- Simmer on medium heat 8 min.
- or until pasta and vegetables are tender and liquid is absorbed, adding cabbage and stirring to combine all ingredients after 4 min.
- Stir in remaining dressing.
- Top with onions and nuts.
