Easy Pork Chops in Tomatoes

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Place pork chops in a single layer in a baking dish.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spread silvered onions evenly over pork chops.
  5. In a seperate bowl mix diced tomatoes, diced green chiles and liquid smoke.
  6. Spread evenly over pork chops.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature of pork chops reads 160 degrees.
