Apple Butterscotch Muffins Recipe

• 3 c. Self rising flour
• 1/3 c. Salad oil
• 1/4 c. Sugar
• 6 ounce Butterscotch chips
• 2 x Large eggs, beaten
• 1 c. Apples, peeled and diced
• 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk

1. Combine flour and sugar.
2. Combine remaining ingredients; add in all at once
