White Chocolate Golden Oreo Truffles

• 18 golden Oreos
• 4 ounces cream cheese
• 6 ounces white chocolate

1. Put Oreos in a food processor.
2. Combine Cream Cheese (at Room Temp) and pulverized Oreos.
3. Roll into 1-inch balls (about 15) and chill in freezer for 30 minutes.
4. Melt Chocolate.
5. Dip frozen balls into chocolate.
6. Place sprinkles on top and place in refrigerator for ten minutes.
