Glazed Acorn Squash

  1. Peel and remove seeds from squash.
  2. Medium dice squash
  3. Toss with vegetable oil.
  4. Season with ginger.
  5. Add salt.
  6. Add honey.
  7. Toss
  8. Roast at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes or until squash is caramelized and tender
  9. Variations; Maple syrup, brown sugar, white pepper, basil, rum.
