Red Lentil Dahl

  1. Add sesame seed oil to pan.
  2. Saute onion and garlic until well browned.
  3. Add vegetable broth, lentils and spices.
  4. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Add tomato puree.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve with feta cheese crumbled on top and naan bread.
