Tuna Salad Sandwich

  1. Place carrots, relish, mayonnaise and tuna in a bowl; blend well.
  2. To build sandwiches; place 1/4 of tuna mixture and 2 lettuce leaves between each pair of bread slices and enjoy.
  3. Complement each sandwich with 1/2 cup frozen yogurt topped with 1/4 cup blueberries and 1 Tbsp.
  4. COOL-WHIP.
  5. Serve each person a pouch of CAPRI SUN ROARIN WATERS or an 8 fl oz glass of water with the meal.
