Spaghetti Bolognese

  1. Slice the onions, garlic, mushrooms and carrots.
  2. On a medium heat the pan and add the oil.
  3. Add the onions and stir until it's abit yellow and soft, add the garlic and let it fry along with the onion for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the mushrooms and carrots and let it fry for 7 minutes.
  5. Add the grounded meat and brown completely.
  6. Add the canned tomato, paste, and the pasta sauce and stir.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Boil the spaghetti, then drain well.
  9. Add the meat sauce into the spaghetti and stir.
  10. I find it better to add the sauce into my pasta.
  11. My family likes it that way.
  12. Add shreded cheese on top if you like.
  13. Enjoy.
