Tangy Radish Coleslaw
- 1/2 cup Miracle Whip made with Olive Oil Spread*
- 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
- zest and juice from 1 lime
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 small jicama, peeled, cut into 2-inch matchlike sticks (about 2 cups)
- 8 radishes, cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thin slices
- 1/2 cup slivered red onions
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, minced
- Mix Miracle Whip, dressing, lime zest and juice until blended.
- Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
- Add Miracle Whip mixture; mix lightly.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
