Peanut Butter Blocks

  1. In heavy saucepan, combine Eagle Brand, peanut butter, water, vanilla and salt; stir in cornstarch.
  2. Over medium heat, cook and stir until thickened and smooth.
  3. Add candy coating; cook and stir until melted and smooth.
  4. Spread evenly in wax paper lined 9-inch square pan.
  5. Chill 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Cut into squares; roll firmly in peanuts to coat.
  7. Store leftovers covered at room temperature or in refrigerator.
