- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 pork chops
- 14 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 14 cup white vinegar
- 12 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Mix the Ketchup, Mustard Powder and Pepper together.
- In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and when hot, begin to brown the pork.
- While browning add the ketchup mixture on the porkchops.
- Once browned, add vinegar, water and sugar and stir it up in the pan until mixed.
- Turn heat to low.
- Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
- Serve with rice.
- The sauce does not really thicken but I put it in a gravyboat and serve it with the porkchops.
