BBQ Vegetables with Italian Dressing

• olive oil spray
• 1 large red onion, sliced
• 1 large red capsicum, cut into 2.5cm chunks Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
• 2 Lebanese eggplants, sliced lengthways Safeway 1 ea For $1.28 thru 02/09
• 2 medium zucchini, sliced lengthways
• 6-8 yellow squash, halved
• 1/3 cup KRAFT Italian Dressing

1. Spray the vegetables and chargrill in batches until golden.
2. Combine the vegetables with the dressing and serve immediately.
