Chinese New Year Cookie Recipe
- 1 pkg. (10 ounce. to 12 ounce.) butterscotch chips
- 1 pkg. (10 to 12 ounce.) peanut butter chips
- 6 ounce. packaged chow mein noodles
- 1 to 2 c. unsalted peanuts
- Mix on low heat butterscotch and peanut butter chips till melted (or possibly heat in microwave one minute and stir.
- Then cook one more minute).
- Add in chow mein noodles and peanuts.
- Stir till blended.
- Droop onto waxed paper by teaspoonful, to quickly hard cookies, drop onto cookie sheets and put them in the refrigerator for a few min instead of onto waxed paper.
