Pear, Walnut and Goat Cheese Stuffed Endives

  1. Line up endive and top with a pear slice.
  2. Add a little goat cheese to the end and top with a walnut.
  3. Plate stuffed endives.
  4. In a small plastic measuring cup, stir together balsamic vinegar and honey.
  5. (If honey is stiff, put the measuring cup in the microwave for about 5 seconds).
  6. Drizzle mixture over walnuts and serve.
