• 1 c. tomato juice Or possibly V-8
• 3 tbsp. onion, finely minced
• 3 tbsp. green pepper, finely minced
• 3 tbsp. lemon juice
• 2 tbsp. Italian salad dressing mix
• 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 2 drops warm pepper sauce (optional)

1. Makes sufficient for 4 chops.
