Cauliflower Soup
- 4 tablespoons margarine
- 23 cup chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of potato soup
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups chopped cooked cauliflower
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 slices American cheese, cubed
- Melt margarine in saucepan.
- Add onion and cook until tender.
- Blend in flour; add milk, cauliflower, cheese, soup and seasonings.
- Cook until thick and cheese melts.
