Prosciutto, Strawberry, and Brie Panini
- 8 ounces, weight Brie, Rind Removed And Cut Into 8 Slices
- 4 whole Large Strawberries, Thinly Sliced
- 8 slices Thin Prosciutto
- 2 whole Individual Ciabatta Rolls, Split
- Preheat a nonstick panini press.
- Meanwhile, layer the brie, strawberries, and prosciutto over the bottom half of each ciabatta roll.
- Place the top half of the roll on top.
- Grill the sandwiches for about 5 minutes, until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
- Transfer the sandwiches to a cutting board.
- Cut each sandwich in half and serve.
