Caprese Pasta
- 1/2 pounds Spaghetti, Uncooked
- 1/2 cups Italian Dressing Or Marinade
- 1 whole Large Onion, Finely Chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 cups Halved Grape Or Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 cup Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 cups Fresh Basil, Finely Sliced
- Cook pasta as directed on the package.
- Heat dressing in a large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add onions and garlic; cook and stir 2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes; cook 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Drain pasta.
- Add to the tomato mixture; mix lightly.
- Sprinkle with cheese and basil.
