Five Pound Fudge

  1. Cook sugar, milk, and butter to soft ball stage, stirring constantly.
  2. Take off the heat and add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Stir quickly and thoroughly to blend.
  4. Pour into a large baking pan or dish (I lightly butter it first).
  5. Cool.
  6. Cut into squares and store in refrigerator.
