Baked Fried Chicken
- 12 Chicken wing drumettes - the large end of the wing
- 1 Sel de Guerande
- 1 Black pepper
- Preheat the oven to 250C.
- Line a baking sheet with cooking parchment paper.
- Put the chicken wing pieces in one layer on the baking sheet and salt and pepper both sides.
- Bake in the oven at 250C for 25 minutes and done!
