Artichoke Crab Dip
- 1 (16 ounce) can artichokes
- 1 small onion
- 1 medium roasted red pepper
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 small carrot
- 1 (10 ounce) package crabmeat
- 1 small garlic clove
- salt
- pepper
- 2 -8 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- Take onion, celery, carrot, garlic,crab.artichokes and chop up in food precessor.
- Take red pepper and roast it on stove top till it's all chared.
- Then put that in baggie and let it sweat.
- Remove char skin and also remove seeds from inside.
- Then chop red pepper up and add to you crab mixture.
- Take 2 packages of softened philly cream cheese in a bowel.
- Add your chopped items and the mix with mixer for a few minutes until creamy.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
