Strawberry Salsa

• 2 cups ripe strawberries (cleaned and chopped)
• 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves (chopped)
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 2 tablespoons dark rum
• 12 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

1. Mix and let stand for at least 1/2 hour.
