The Rebuttal

• 2 ounces Armagnac, preferably XO
• 1/2 ounce dry orange Curacao
• 1/2 ounce Amaro, preferably S. Maria al Monte
• 2 1/4 teaspoons Simple Syrup
• 5 mint leaves
• Ice

1. In a mixing glass, combine the Armagnac, Curacao, Amaro, Simple Syrup and mint; fill with ice and stir well.
2. Strain the drink into a chilled double rocks glass.
