Peaches In Custard Sauce Recipe
- 1 (1 lb.) can sliced cling peaches
- 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- Drain peaches well.
- Cut peaches in chunks.
- Place evaporated lowfat milk and water in mixing bowl.
- Add in nutmeg and pudding mix.
- Beat slowly with rotary beater till smooth.
- Stir in peaches.
- Refrigeratethoroughly before serving.
- Serves 6.
