Spicy mushroom egg noodles

  1. A quick snapshot of the ingredients.
  2. In a large pot soak the egg noodles for 3minutes.
  3. Drain and rinse in cold water and let it cool while preparing the vegetables
  4. Heat the pan and stir fry the ingredients for 4minutes.
  5. Do not overcook.
  6. Heat another pan and fry the eggs.
  7. Slowly add the noodles, splash in soy sauce and chilli sauce, add the chopped fried eggs, flavor with salt and pepper.
  8. Stir fry for couple of minutes.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy my very own spicy mushroom egg noodles.
  10. Additional: beef meat pickle on the side =
