Spicy mushroom egg noodles
- 1 packages egg noodles
- 4 mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 cabbage finely chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 2 onions finely diced
- 1 carrot chopped
- 3 green chilli finely chopped
- 1 capsicum
- 3 eggs whisked
- 15 grams soy sauce
- 1 tbsp salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp chilli sauce
- A quick snapshot of the ingredients.
- In a large pot soak the egg noodles for 3minutes.
- Drain and rinse in cold water and let it cool while preparing the vegetables
- Heat the pan and stir fry the ingredients for 4minutes.
- Do not overcook.
- Heat another pan and fry the eggs.
- Slowly add the noodles, splash in soy sauce and chilli sauce, add the chopped fried eggs, flavor with salt and pepper.
- Stir fry for couple of minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy my very own spicy mushroom egg noodles.
- Additional: beef meat pickle on the side =
